The AAPP Annual Meeting, to be hosted April 27-30, 2025 in Salt Lake City, Utah, is regarded as the premier conference on psychiatric pharmacy. The AAPP meeting is unique in its focus on psychiatric disorders and treatment. Organizations can sponsor many aspects of the meeting ranging from event sponsorships to industry showcase and symposium sponsorships.

Sponsorships must be confirmed and paid no later than 2/3/2025 if at all possible, to allow adequate time for implementation. All external continuing education programming intended for AAPP members attending this conference must be submitted to AAPP through the industry symposia or showcase option. No outside events can be held at or in conjunction with AAPP’s Annual Meeting without review and approval from AAPP.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Companies can participate in the AAPP Annual Meeting through the following sponsorship opportunities:

	Industry Symposium or Showcase Events These 1-hour event slots are available to companies desiring to present either a promotional showcase or an ACPE approved educational symposia aligned with clinical areas served by the organization. You or your designated vendor partner will design and develop your event, while AAPP arranges for full audiovisual equipment, associated labor, appropriate meal to the time slot, live streaming, enduring MP4 recording, and marketing/invitation to AAPP’s full database of members and non-members. 	Registration Desk Collateral \| $3,500 Create visibility for your company or an event by providing printed product or company collateral for attendees to pick up at the registration desk.
	Room Drop Collateral \| $5,000 If you are an AAPP corporate sponsor and/or sponsoring and industry event affiliated with AAPP 2025, you can have your company or event collateral delivered to each attendee guest room on the day of your choosing.
	Research Award Supporter \| $5,000 Join the AAPP Foundation in recognizing 5 award recipients resulting from the scientific poster sessions and platform presentations.
	Branding Opportunities Escalator Panels ($15,000 each) \| 2 available, General Session level, Breakout level Column Wraps ($8,000 each) \| 4 available outside of General Session room
