The AAPP Annual Meeting, to be hosted April 7-10, 2024 in Orlando, Florida, is regarded as the premier conference on psychiatric pharmacy. Anticipating over 900 combined in-person and virtual attendees, the AAPP meeting is unique in its focus on psychiatric disorders and treatment. Sponsorship Opportunities

Companies can participate in the AAPP Annual Meeting through the following sponsorship opportunities:

	Industry Symposium or Showcase Luncheon Program $60,000 Three, 1.5-hour luncheon slots are available to companies desiring to present either an ACPE approved educational program or promotional showcase aligned with clinical areas served by the organization. You or your designated vendor partner will design and develop your event, while AAPP arranges for full audiovisual equipment, associated labor, appropriate meal to the time slot, live streaming and enduring MP4 recording, speaker cameras, and marketing/invitation to AAPP’s full database of members and non-members.
	Industry Symposium or Showcase Mid-Afternoon Program $40,000 One, 1-hour slot is available to a company desiring to present either an ACPE approved educational program or promotional showcase aligned with clinical areas served by the organization. You or your designated vendor partner will design and develop your event, while AAPP arranges for full audiovisual equipment, associated labor, appropriate meal to the time slot, live streaming and enduring MP4 recording, speaker cameras, and marketing/invitation to AAPP’s full database of members and non-members.
	Industry Symposium or Showcase Breakfast Program $40,000 Two, 1-hour slots are available to companies desiring to present either an ACPE approved educational program or promotional showcase aligned with clinical areas served by the organization. You or your designated vendor partner will design and develop your event, while AAPP arranges for full audiovisual equipment, associated labor, appropriate meal to the time slot, live streaming and enduring MP4 recording, speaker cameras, and marketing/invitation to AAPP’s full database of members and non-members.
	Internet Access and Mobile App Supporter $25,000 Be front and center by providing complimentary internet access in all meeting spaces. Your company will be recognized within the app and throughout the event. Up to two, $12,500 sponsor slots available.
	Focus Group $20,000 Dialogue with a small group of psychiatric pharmacists invited per your specific criteria. AAPP will organize the event which will include snacks, beverages, meeting space, and basic audiovisual.
	Marketing Options $15,000 or $20,000 Enhance the visibility of your company, a product, or event in the areas most heavily trafficked at the AAPP Annual Meeting. Options include: Escalator Side Wall Panels-$15,000 Registration Area Door Clings-$20,000
	Collateral at the Registration Table $5,000 Create visibility for your company or an event at the Annual Meeting by providing printed product or company collateral for attendees to pick up at the registration desk.
	Research Award Supporter $5,000 Join AAPP and the AAPP Foundation in recognizing 5 award recipients resulting from the scientific poster sessions and platform presentations. Your company's support will be recognized throughout the Annual Meeting.
