In this, the digital age, where more and more individuals rely heavily on their electronic devices for managing many aspects of day-to-day living, digital apps aimed at improving mental health are becoming increasingly common and have been shown to be effective. This presentation will discuss the efficacy of available and emerging prescription digital therapeutics (PDTs) in treating a variety of mental health concerns including sleep, schizophrenia, ADHD, and substance use disorders as well as practical tips for successfully incorporating PDTs into individualized treatment strategies for patients.
