As the organization embarks on a new journey as AAPP (the American Association of Psychiatric Pharmacists), it’s fitting that we’re heading to a new city for the 2023 Annual Meeting, Atlanta, Georgia, April 16-19, 2023!

Home to the Martin Luther King Jr. National Historic Site and Centennial Olympic Park (1996 Olympics), Atlanta is beaming with history and attractions. The World of Coca-Cola, the Georgia Aquarium, and the National Center for Civil and Human Rights are all less than a mile from the host hotel. Venture farther and you will find Mercedes-Benz Stadium, home of the Atlanta Falcons. Combined with thousands of daily direct flights to Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (ATL) and a convenient light rail station next door, Atlanta is staged to be a great host city for AAPP 2023.

Not everything is new, however. The expert speakers on cutting edge topics as well as sessions relevant for current practice remains as a constant. Networking and reminiscing with old friends and colleagues is also a given, a benefit attendees enjoy from both a personal and professional standpoint.

Another feature returning to the Annual Meeting is the ability for attendees to attend in-person or virtually. Although the in-person experience cannot be matched, we are glad to be able to provide educational sessions to those who may not be able to consistently travel to the Annual Meeting.

Registration and lodging information will be available this Fall at aapp.org/2023. Please save the date and plan to join us for the first-ever “AAPP” Annual Meeting!
