The AAPP membership has elected three members to serve on the 2025-2027 Board of Directors. Assuming their positions effective July 1, 2025, will be Drs. Kelly Gable, Suzanne Harris and Danielle Stutzman. These 3 new members will join Drs. Jolene Bostwick, Julie Cunningham, Jennifer Dress, Michelle Geier, and Kristina Reinstatler on the Board for 2025-2026.

Incoming President-Elect

Suzanne Harris, PharmD, BCPP
Associate Professor/Director of Well-being and Resilience/Clinical Pharmacist
University of North Carolina, NC

Dr. Harris received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2002 from the University of Texas College of Pharmacy at Austin and completed a psychiatric specialty residency with Kaiser Permanente Colorado Region in Denver, Colorado. Harris’ career and research interests are focused on stigma and mental health and their relation to overall well-being in the pharmacy profession, cultural competency, and social determinants of health for patients with psychiatric disorders, and innovative practice models and teaching strategies.

Kelly Gable, PharmD, BCPP
Professor and Director of Well-being and Resilience
Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE) School of Pharmacy, IL

Dr. Gable is a graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy, and subsequently completed a specialty residency in psychiatric pharmacy practice at the University of Southern California. Her clinical areas of focus include expanding mental health care access within low-income communities and enhancing harm reduction, trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, and suicide prevention strategies within health care. She is committed to promoting well-being within pharmacy education and challenging future pharmacists to embrace patient-centered care, as an integral part of the healthcare team.

Danielle Stutzman, PharmD, BCPP
Psychiatric Pharmacist - Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Pediatric Mental Health Institute, Childrens Hospital Colorado, CO

Danielle Stutzman is a psychiatric pharmacist at the Pediatric Mental Health Institute at Children’s Hospital Colorado and a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Colorado Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences and within the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Division Department of Psychiatry at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. Danielle received her bachelor’s degree in molecular cellular developmental biology and psychology from the University of Colorado at Boulder and pharmacy degree from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. She completed two years of postdoctoral pharmacy residency training (PGY-1 ambulatory care; PGY-2 psychiatry) at the University of Southern California.
