Ian McGrane, PharmD, BCPS, BCPP, was awarded the 2021 Distinguished Young Pharmacist of the Year by the Montana Pharmacy Association. Dr. McGrane is an assistant professor at the University of Montana School of Pharmacy and devotes 25 hours per week to clinical pharmacy services at the St. Patrick Hospital.

Mark Schneiderhan, PharmD, BCPP, was inducted in the 2020 Academy for Excellence in Clinical Practice at the University of Minnesota. The Academy for Excellence in Clinical Practice serves as the highest recognition of excellence in the practice or provision of clinical care by a full time faculty member.

Jennifer Bean, PharmD, BCPS, BCPP, is Residency Program Director for the VA-TN Valley Healthcare System which was named the 2020 Residency Program of the Year by the Tennessee Society of Health-System Pharmacists (TSHP). This award is given annually to a pharmacy residency program in Tennessee that has demonstrated sustained services and contributions to health-system pharmacy practice, such as changes in practice at the institution, innovative research, and/or residency project publications.

Sarah Melton, PharmD, BCPP, BCACP, FASCP, and Alyssa Peckham, PharmD, BCPP, presented on the role of pharmacists in Team Based Management of Opioid Misuse Across the Care Continuum at the Virtual 2021 American Society of Addiction Medicine Conference in April.

M. Lynn Crismon, PharmD, FCCP, DABCP, BCPP, was named the recipient of the 2021 Distinguished Leadership Award from the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists Board of Directors. The award is one of the highest honors in the pharmacy profession.

Megan Ehret, PharmD, MS, BCPP, was promoted to Full Professor at the University of Maryland, effective July 1.
