We all know that the pharmacy and health care professions are experiencing a unique period of transition. Within periods of transition sit great opportunities. The Workshop
The inaugural Pharmacy Leadership Workshop, scheduled for Saturday, April 25 in Dallas, is designed to help pharmacists with the “itch to lead” to improve their leadership skills in order to take on the changing health care marketplace. Through participation in a three-phase learning activity, pharmacists will be able to:
CPNP is pleased to work with the University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy at CPNP 2020 to offer a Pharmacy Leadership workshop aimed at helping leaders develop new skills intended to change their behaviors to go from being a top individual contributor to a leader of people, organizations, and associations. This workshop is intended to turn the nebulous phrase of “leadership skills” to implementable actions.
This workshop is designed around The Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education’s (ACPE) Continuing Professional Development (CPD) model. As described below, self-assessments, cohort discussions, networking, and a follow-up session a few months after the training extend the value of this day long workshop well past CPNP 2020.

Registration includes access to six pre-workshop self-assessments and results, all workshop materials and sessions, a post workshop follow-up coaching session, up to 10 hours of ACPE credit, breakfast, lunch, breaks and a reception with your peers and CPNP leaders.
