CPNP Delivers Session at 2017 ASHP Mid-Year Meeting
The CPNP Recertification Editorial Board designed and offered an advanced-level program at the ASHP Mid-Year Meeting entitled “Stop the Benzodiazepines: Identifying High-Risk Patient Populations to Successfully Taper These Medications.” The session, repurposed from the 2017 CPNP Annual Meeting, was moderated by Beth Hall, PharmD, BCPP, and presented by Kristina Ward, PharmD, BCPP, BCPS.
