Known as “The Grandest Mile of Scenery in Colorado,” Seven Falls will take your breath away! An express elevator tunnels into the mountainside and goes 130 feet up to the Eagle’s Nest Platform. A 224-step stairway beside the falls leads to panoramic overlooks of Colorado Springs and eastern Colorado.
Located across the street from the Main Hotel adjacent to Broadmoor Hall is an amazing museum that houses an incredible array of historic carriages, cars and American memorabilia belonging to Broadmoor founders Spencer and Julie Penrose. It's a must-see for everyone!

With free transportation from The Broadmoor to the zoo, you won't want to miss America's highest and only mountain zoo. The Cheyenne Mountain Zoo sits at 6,800 feet on 50 acres and has over 700 creatures.
This mountain community boasts 11 naturally carbonated mineral spring fountains, world class art, music, theater, and sidewalk sculpture displays. Manitou Springs is 15 minutes from The Broadmoor and offers historic restaurants, trading posts, and gift shops.
Take an archeological adventure and see the Cliff Dwelling Anasazi Indians outdoor preserve. The Anasazi's had fine stonework with a dwelling of over 40 rooms that can be explored on a self-guided tour.
6. United States Air Force AcademyTravel along the foothills and visit the 18,000-acre Air Force Academy that houses over 4,000 cadets. You can tour the famous Chapel, Falcon Stadium, a B-52 that served in Vietnam, and more.
The Olympic Headquarters and Training Center is the training center for the United States Olympic Committee and the Olympic Training Center programs. You can take a 45-minute walking tour of the complex, which is the national headquarters for USA Swimming and USA Shooting. The center can accommodate up to 557 coaches and athletes at one time, providing housing, dining, and recreational facilities.
8. Garden of the GodsVisit this National Natural Landmark and take in the views of 300-foot towering sandstone rock formations against the backdrop of Pike's Peak. You can eat at the cafe, stroll through exhibits, shop, tour, bike, hike and so much more!
