To receive a refund less a $25 handling fee, registrations must be canceled in writing on or before October 20, 2021 (postmark or email date). Cancellations October 21 through the event will be considered by the Board if requested by the registrant due to emergency or unforeseeable circumstances. Registrations are not transferable.
