The Theory to Practice Case Series Editorial Board is responsible for developing this case based BCPP recertification product. Their responsibilities include author/speaker selection and communication, product design, curriculum review, test question review to ensure validity and reliability, and programming implementation and evaluation. (Meets: Virtually 3-4 times per year, Time Commitment: Average of 2 hours per month and 25 hours over course of the year, BCPP required).
1. Maintain quality of BCPP recertification products and processes. Note: Charges 1b through 1d will be completed largely by staff with consultation with all Recert leaders across all products.

a. Launch Recertification Programming on-time

b. Implement established policies and procedures designed to ensure recertification products and exams are valid, reliable, high quality, unbiased, and adhere to DEI principles

c. Survey BCPPs (members and non-members) about current products to assess professional development needs
|
d. Participate as needed in planning regarding new product development or current product revamping
|
2. Implement administrative changes to increase operational efficiency of recertification planning and implementation and to adhere to any changes in standards.

3. Under the direction of the BCPP Director, review and finalize the 7-year recertification plan to identify topics that will be covered each year. As part of this process, consider the Review Course content, new and exiting products, required BCPP domain coverage, and BPS requests.
