The Employer Resource Center (ERC) Task Force will focus on the creation of tools to help employers justify and support BCPPs and PGY2 psychiatric pharmacy residents. (Meets: Virtually 1-hour monthly and in-person at Annual Meeting, Time Commitment: Average of 4 hours per month and 50 hours over course of the year)

Charges to the Employer Resource Center Task Force

1.
Identify potential enhancements to the ERC, including both additions and revisions.
2.
Evaluate an e-consult service to help employers who may not want a full-time BCPP evaluate their practical impact.
3.
Develop and launch the employer resource center.
4.
Determine how the resources should be maintained (as this standalone workgroup or as part of another committee)
