You are invited to join us for the 2nd Annual SUD Summit. This will be our first official program under the new organizational name, the American Association of Psychiatric Pharmacists (AAPP). This interactive virtual conference will offer attendees both knowledge and tools to apply to their practice setting as they provide care to those living with substance use disorders. The summit will also look at emerging trends that may impact daily practice. The virtual format offers a practical learning experiencing featuring live sessions with polls and Q&A.

After attending this Summit, participants will be able to:

  1. Implement evidence-based guidelines and principles into the evaluation and treatment of patients with substance use disorders.
  2. Demonstrate a patient-centered approach to the care of patients with substance use disorders with attention to decreasing barriers and improving access to care.
  3. Evaluate harm reduction approaches to caring for patients with substance use disorders.
