Activity Dates: 09/22/2020 - 09/22/2023
If you are a pharmacist, nurse practitioner, or other health care professional involved in the comprehensive medication management of individuals living with mental health and/or substance use disorders, we invite you to participate in this online course.
The PMEG Community is hosting a webinar on how to start medication groups. During the webinar we will be focusing on understanding the importance of patient medication education groups, discussing the basic steps necessary to start a PMEG, identifying resources available to aid in starting a PMEG at your facility, and brainstorming potential alternatives to in- person patient medication education groups during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The webinar is intended for new residents or pharmacists who want to learn how to start medication groups, pharmacists who already run medication groups to gain new ideas, and for everyone to join in a conversation to address challenges like Covid-19.
