Program Philosophy
Train and graduate highly-effective clinical pharmacists who are prepared to accept positions in the specialty area of psychiatric pharmacy and take the BCPP certification exam.
Site Special Features
The Sacramento Medical Center is a teaching and research facility working with the University of California, Davis medical school. VA NCHCS boasts a 16-bed inpatient acute psychiatric unit, a 100+ bed community living center, interdisciplinary Psychosocial Rehabilitation and Recovery Center (PRRC), Postdeployment Assessment and Treatment Program for veterans with traumatic brain injury, home-based primary care, and more.
