This module provides an overview of strategies to establish a successful and financially sustainable long-acting injectable (LAI) clinic. Participants will learn approaches to overcome common barriers in setting up a billing system for LAI administration, along with practical tips for budgeting and maximizing clinic profitability. The course will also cover key billing metrics that can be used to evaluate clinic performance and effectively report outcomes to leadership. By the end of this session, learners will have the knowledge to optimize billing processes, improve financial planning, and demonstrate the value of an LAI clinic within their organization.

Target Audience

We invite you to participate in this online course if you are a pharmacist, nurse, or other health care professional interested in administering and/or learning more about psychotropic long-acting injectables for patients living with serious mental illness or substance use disorders.
