AAPP Continuing Education Grievance Policy

Purpose

AAPP is committed to providing high-quality continuing education programs and ensuring that learners have a fair process to voice concerns related to AAPP educational products.

How to Submit a Grievance to AAPP

  • Contact: Email info@aapp.org
  • Include in your email:
    • Your name and contact information
    • The title of the continuing education program and date on which you noted the issue/concern
    • If the program has both a live and on-demand component, please specify if the issue took place during the live component or on-demand component
    • A detailed description of your concern or complaint. If the issue involves a specific educational resource, please denote that in your description (e.g., the name of the presentation)
  • Grievances might include, but are not limited to:
    • Issues with program content, delivery, or accessibility
    • Concerns about faculty, materials, or technology
    • Problems with credit reporting, assessment, or evaluation processes

Confidentiality

All grievances will be handled with strict confidentiality. Information you provide will only be shared with individuals directly involved in reviewing and resolving the issue.
