AAPP is the home association for psychiatric pharmacist specialists but our reach extends to other health care professionals interested in psychiatry and effective, evidence-based treatment for those living with mental illness and/or substance use.

Extend your visibility and reach through AAPP’s 2026 Virtual Industry Showcase Series. Virtual showcases are promotional activities that do not offer ACPE credit. From May through November, one showcase is available for each month listed below on a first-come, first-serve basis. AAPP offers a total of six showcase opportunities to our industry partners.

The 2025 Summit will be held virtually October 2-3, 2025 and includes two reserved slots for industry symposia. The Summit will offer a robust, online experience and welcomes past and new partners to consider offering an industry symposium with ACPE credit.

Emma Palmer, PharmD, BCPS, BCPP, FAAPP, was promoted to Clinical Professor at UC James L. Winkle College of Pharmacy.

Past President Michelle Geier, PharmD, APh, BCPP, FAAPP, has been confirmed as a committee member for the update of the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM)’s National Practice Guideline for the Treatment of Opioid Use Disorder.

Leigh Gillies, PharmD, BCPP, started a new position at the University of Louisville Specialty Pharmacy.
