Target Audience

We invite you to participate in this workshop if you are a psychiatric pharmacist who is interested in developing the skills necessary to become an effective national speaker.

Additionally, learners will discover techniques for managing speaking anxiety and using active learning to enhance presentations, ensuring their message resonates with audiences. The webinar will also include discussions about common challenges in creating learning objectives and exam questions, empowering learners to design impactful educational experiences.

Course Requirements

You will proceed through the following steps to satisfactorily complete this course:

  • Sign in (or create a FREE account).
  • Register for this course.
  • Complete the pre-test before starting the activity.
  • Review the full content of the activity and reflect upon its teachings.
  • Complete the post-test at the end of the activity no later than the closing activity date.
  • Complete the evaluation at the end of the activity.
  • If necessary, complete the post-test retest no later than the closing activity date.
  • Receive a passing grade (70%).
  • Provide the necessary details in your profile to ensure correct reporting by AAPP to CPE Monitor.

Your ACPE credit will be submitted directly to CPE Monitor within 48 hours of successful completion of the exam and of the evaluation form if you have provided the relevant information in your profile.

  2. Construct properly structured multiple choice exam questions after learning common mistakes. 
  3. Develop effective public speaking skills, including strategies for engaging diverse audiences, managing speaking anxiety, and using active learning to enhance presentations.
