Session Summary

As digital medicine becomes increasingly integrated into mental health care, clinicians must navigate the growing landscape of prescription and non-prescription digital therapeutics. In this session we will explore current and emerging digital therapeutics available for conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, substance use disorders, and insomnia. This session will provide an overview of FDA-approved prescription digital therapeutics (PDTs) and evidence-based non-prescription therapeutics and applications, highlighting their effectiveness and practical implementation. Attendees will gain insights into the benefits and limitations of these technologies, including issues of clinical adoption, patient adherence, and insurance coverage, as well as strategies for integrating digital therapeutics into care plans.

This session is a free, grant-supported continuing education webinar presented as part of the 2025 Summit.
