Newer CGRP-targeted therapies are now incorporated alongside established options, with treatment selection guided by the strength of evidence, safety profile, and route of administration.

These resources address tianeptine and phenibut as emerging drugs linked to risks such as dependence, withdrawal, and serious adverse effects. Clinical presentation, diagnostic approach, and management of acute intoxication and withdrawal are among the topics included.
