Psychotropic Stewardship: Advancing Patient Care

Dr. Holcomb works as a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at Kingman Regional Medical Center (KRMC), a 235-bed hospital that offers a wide range of services to the community. She has been part of the inpatient pharmacy team since 2016, supporting care in behavioral health, pain management, and internal medicine. Dr. Holcomb is board-certified in Pharmacotherapy (BCPS) and Psychiatric Pharmacy (BCPP) and chairs the hospital’s Opioid Stewardship Committee. Her focus is on using medication safely and effectively to support the overall well-being of patients by leading initiatives to optimize medication therapy through psychotropic and opioid stewardship.
