FDA Okays At-Home Starting Dose for Lecanemab in Early AD

The FDA has approved for eligible adults with early Alzheimer Disease to start lecanemab using weekly subcutaneous autoinjectors at home. The starting does is 500 mg weekly followed by 360 mg once weekly as maintenance.
