When e-cigarettes (also known as vapes, e-cigs, vaporizers, mods, vape pipes, smokeless cigarettes, electronic nicotine delivery systems (ENDS), and others) are smoked, harmful substances can be inhaled into the lungs. Both behavioral treatments and medications can be used to help quit smoking.
