Course Description
Artificial intelligence (AI) is increasingly being explored as a tool to support pharmacy education and psychiatric pharmacy practice, particularly in precepting and workflow optimization. Learners will review practical AI applications that can be selectively implemented to streamline administrative tasks, improve day‑to‑day work efficiency in psychiatric pharmacy practice, and enhance pharmacy preceptorship. The session will also address critical considerations related to patient safety, data security, and the responsible use of AI technologies in clinical and educational settings.

- Analyze potential benefits and limitations of implementing AI technology in pharmacy precepting.
- Select appropriate AI applications for psychiatric pharmacy practice to improve work efficiency.
