Program Philosophy

Our residency program offers direct patient care activities in many areas as well as teaching, research, and administrative opportunities. Core rotations emphasize pharmacist-provided direct patient care in adult outpatients, and the pharmacist role on the interdisciplinary team in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The resident will function as a mid-level provider with increasing independence and responsibilities as the residency year progresses.
