Program Philosophy
At CTVHCS, we prepare residents to transition from trainee to independent advanced practice provider by fostering autonomy, leadership, and clinical expertise. Learning experiences span diverse treatment settings and acuity levels, and every requirement maps to both an ASHP objective and a specific element of the psychiatric pharmacists' performance plan.
