Both the American Pharmacists Association and the National Association of State Pharmacy Associations are compiling resources that take a closer look at how pharmacists and pharmacies are showing up in state Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) applications submitted to CMS for hopeful approval. These useful resources will continue to be updated and display how pharmacists fit into broader rural health transformation efforts.
