Course Description
The PMEG Community is hosting a webinar on the topic of medication group documentation. During this webinar, we will be focusing on effective and efficient ways to document education provided to patients during medication groups. Sarah Grady, PharmD, BCPS, BCPP, will be conducting the webinar and discussing the benefits and challenges of group documentation at her practice site. After this brief presentation, an open forum on this topic will be held.
