The Mental Health Clinician (MHC) is now indexed in PubMed and PubMed Central (PMC)! After a lengthy application process and a thorough scientific review, the MHC was approved for inclusion. Now, all articles since January 2016 are included in PMC.

Since its inception, 30 CPNP members have served on the MHC Editorial Board. 400+ others have contributed as peer reviewers and authors. CPNP is grateful for all of those contributions that helped improve the MHC and expand the reach of psychiatric pharmacists.

A special thanks goes to the team that worked on the PubMed/PMC application over the last two years: Amy VandenBerg, Clint Ross, Amy Werremeyer, Greg Payne, Kristen Anderson and the staff at Allen Press.

The MHC is an excellent publication target for clinical practice research in psychiatric pharmacy. Indexing in PubMed increases the value of MHC on a CV, and interested authors can learn more at http://mhc.cpnp.org/page/authorguides.
