Showcase Guidelines
Showcase applications must be reviewed and approved by AAPP to ensure information is suitable for conference attendees.
Due to streaming, meal service will be limited to the first 15 minutes of the time slot and programming must begin promptly at the scheduled time.
Regardless of the time slot, showcases are limited to 1 hour in length. If a 1.5-hour slot is awarded to a showcase, the schedule will be reduced accordingly.
Showcase Application
Applications are reviewed upon receipt of application and required information. ACPE approved symposia are given first preference and all slots are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis after January 14, 2024. The full AAPP fee is due within 30 days after slot confirmation. Applicants must complete the required Showcase application. Applications will be reviewed and approved by AAPP to ensure information is suitable for conference attendees.
