Cancellation/Refund Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing. Any cancellation received on or before 30 days prior to the first day of the conference is eligible for a full 100% refund. All cancelations received within 90 days of the conference opening day will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. A cancelations fee is charged to cover costs such as food and beverage that have been guaranteed as a result of your registration to the host facility. Conference “no-shows” will not be eligible for any refund. Substitutions from the same company can be made at no charge (see Substitution Policy).

Substitution Policy

A substitution of registration, from the same company, is permitted up to the opening of the AAPP Conference. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due, including the difference in membership rates if applicable) associated with that substitution as well as updating any contact information. Substitutions cannot be made after a badge has been issued.
